Our talented Chef, Mathias Vila, always draws his inspiration from our region’s fresh produces : he creates the dishes for our buffets sourcing the best seasonal ingredients.

Schedules :

-        Breakfast : starts at 6:30 am till10 am

-        Have lunch from Monday to Saturday : starts at 12 pm till 2 pm

-        Dinner from Monday to Saturday : starts at 7 pm till 10 pm

 

Breakfast :                                                               17 €

You can also ask for room service breakfast between 6 am and 12 pm.

Easy Break (Formula of noon on weekdays) :          25 € Cold buffet + Hot Buffet + Coffee

Every two weeks, our Chef proposes a new bistronomic menu with two hors d’oeuvre, two dishes and two desserts.

Choose among a selection of personal favourite wines “crush” will come to enrich this gustative experience (experiment).

Lounge bar

Meet up at our bar to enjoy the original cocktails, created by our barman Fabien.
We’d be glad to welcome you to our afterworks (complete with live music and happy hour) hosted and organised by “Le Servan” every thursday.
